Since canopy death surrounds me, oh, faithful keeper, my angel! My eyes were darkened, my heart was troubled, and my days are filled with sorrow. But remind me constantly of my God, the joy of His elect - and my soul will come alive and be of good cheer. I beg you, to enrich my mind plenty of holy thoughts, and strengthen me skill to pious meditations, chiding me this virtue; fix my levity; far from me dangerous experiences, vain talk, deceive sinful. My heart is a temple of the Holy Spirit protecting it from all uncleanness adorn its holiness, the grace of inspiration, filled him with the fragrance of divine love and reverent prayer, let him be glorified, and blessed the Lord for ever.
