Working with the energy centers

Every man has a fine system , which regulates its emotional, intellectual, psychological and spiritual condition. This energy system, also called the subtle body includes the seven major energy centers - chakras. Chakras - Energy centers are, relative to places nerve plexus. In Sanskrit Chakra means "wheel". Each chakra is responsible for the development of certain qualities in a person and most people do not realize. Chakras not only affect the psychological and spiritual condition of man, but also responsible for the normal functioning of vital organs. Physical, mental and emotional problems may be caused by an imbalance in one or several chakras. About these chakras are located (compare with the physical area of the body) as follows: Sahasrara (at the top of the head of the crown), Ajna (at the middle of the forehead at the point where the crossed optic nerves), Vishudha or Vishuddhi (at the level of the jugular cavity at the base of the neck), Anahata (at heart), Manipur, or Nabi (on-site solar plexus), Svadisthana (at the level of the appendix, the width of the palm below the navel), Muladhara (at the base of the spine with its outer side).
